The doors opened in July of 1991, to what was to become Primary Care Associates of New Jersey, LLC. With the dream of having health care the way it used to be... non-rushed, patients being people not numbers, and most of all, being treated as one of the family. This is what Dr. Golloub and the rest of our staff strive for today.

Cory A. Golloub, MD, FAAP, FACP

​Cory A. Golloub, M.D., FAAP is board certified in Pediatrics (children) and in Internal Medicine (adults) and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is proudly affiliated with several leading medical facilities including Chilton Memorial Hospital, University Hospital, and Rutgers Medical School. He is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at Rutgers Medical School. Dr. Golloub is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and the Medical Society of New Jersey. Dr. Golloub is originally from the Bronx, NY. Dr. Golloub now lives in Montville and has two grown daughters.

Meagan Scandariato, APN, FNP-BC

Meagan Scandariato, MSN, APN, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed to practice in New Jersey. She is affiliated with Chilton Medical Center. Meagan completed her Family Nurse Practitioner at William Paterson University, Prior to being a nurse practitioner, Meagan worked as an ICU nurse. Meagan is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She lives in Sparta with her husband, daughter, and cat.

Dana Vasnelis, APN, FNP-C

​Dana Vasnelis, APN, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed to practice in New Jersey. Dana is affiliated with Chilton Medical Center. Dana completed her FNP at Walden University. She has prior experience as an emergency room nurse for ten years along with critical care. She lives locally with her husband and two daughters. Dana loves the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Jose J. Nieves, MA, MSW, LCSW, IMHS-E
Jose J. Nieves, MA, MSW, LCSW, IMHS-E joined PCANJ as a part-time mental health clinician in September 2023. Most of Jose's experience has been in direct work with individuals, children and families. In 2021, he was endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist, and was a Board Member of the NJ Association for Infant Mental Health, until 2024. Mr. Nieves hold a masters degree in arts from St. Mary's Seminary & University in Baltimore, and a Masters in Social Work (Clinical Track) from Rutgers University. His practice focus is Psychodynamic oriented with a Family Systems based. Mr. Nieves has a special interest in Early Childhood Mental and Relational Health.
